1. Nature of Aurora Credits
Aurora Credits are closed-loop digital vouchers. Once a voucher is purchased and credits are added to your balance, they are considered "used" for the purpose of the voucher issuance. Credits can then be redeemed across our network of partner services.
2. No Fiat Refunds
As outlined in our Terms of Service, Aurora Credits cannot be refunded for fiat currency (EUR, USD, etc.) or transferred to a bank account. This policy is strictly enforced to comply with multi-purpose voucher regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
3. Partner Service Issues
Aurora Pay is a payment and credit management platform. We are not the provider of the digital services offered by our partners (e.g., GhostStream). If you experience issues with a partner's service, you must contact their respective support team.
In cases where a partner service is permanently unavailable, your credits remain valid for use with any other active partner in the Aurora ecosystem.
4. Dispute Resolution and Fraud
If you believe there has been a mistake in your credit balance or an unauthorized top-up, please contact [email protected] immediately. Unauthorized transactions will be investigated, and credits may be reversed if fraud is confirmed.
